Thanks to those sesame cookies on monday, my sore throat seems "uncurable" till now. Battles with the throat demon were in vain no matter how many cups of blewed teas i've gulpped down. The talkings and explanations that i have to make during lessons just make things worst
For days i thought that was bad enough A succeeding event that took place at Suki Sushi confirm the chinese saying... "bad things don't walk alone"
We sashayed into the Suki Sushi, as usual we do not expect to be greeted with warm welcome. But that is not that important as long as they serve nice food. We thought. Just when we were enjoying our food, a waiter walked towards us with my Ikura sushi. Delighted, i gobbled the sushi without taking a second look. To the horror of Sharlene that was sitting opposite me and the chinese waiter that had just served us, i vomitted the whole sushi below their eyes. The sushi actually tasted SOUR, and mind you it's really sour! When we confronted the supervisor, he doen't seem to be bothered and expect to settle the whole situation like this:
"i tried the sushi, it's suppose to taste like that, there's nothing wrong!" he claimed
At this instant, a furious Sharlene can no longer withstand the boiling anger within her
"What?? you mean the sushi is suppose to taste sour??? "
Still insisting on to his stand, and unapologetic. He nodded.
We demanded him to take out the same sushi again.
The supervisor stood trembling when we showed him the sticky fluid beneath the sushi and how it tasted sour, can you imagine sticky fluid beneath the sushi?? (We were in such a fury that we've forgotten to take pictures...)
Dumbfounded, the supervisor had to admit their faults and apologised reluctantly.
what really sent our temples boiling is the manager, who was aware of the commotion did nothing but stood watching at the counter, happily chatting on the phone while this event unfolded.
After the whole incident we were truly disppointed with the service of the restuarant say not the quality of the food. So next time you want to step into one, think twice.
