Emotions surged as i sat alone under the glittering lights of orchard road.
Busy shoppers with their "loots", lovey dove-ies in their own worlds, groups of friends happily joking as they strode passed. passed.
People come and go, a fact that we can't change. It's the memories that stay.
The sour-y feeling that you get within is never explained by words. Remember the time when your mum left you on your first day of school and you felt so helpless?Things get better though.
I hate seeing people go, let alone walking out of my life. Someone that used to share so much joy, laughters and tears with you just...feel so distant now.
Over the years, i've accepted this fact.
Balme it on the society, or is it for survival?
People change, feelings too.
Now you may be checking out what i'm writing everyday.
In time, you may not even remember this blog addy.
a fact that i've learnt to accept.
I always remember how i get so damn motivated by Adam Khoo during my secondary school days, and later begin buying every single book he publishes (yes, till now)
Recently, i dug them out of my book shelf and i introduced them to Duckie. I too started re-reading his works and blog which never fail to inspire me.
In his blog i found this paragraph that i can't agree more( and hope to share with u guys)....
Many people who are holding their prestigious degrees and in prestigous positions (Senior managers, Vice-presidents, directors) think they have security. But it is really an ILLUSION of security. Because you do not own your job or your income. Both these can be taken away from us at any time.
So what will give us true income, true freedom and true security? The answer is in continually investing in yourself and upgrading yourself. Your true wealth and security lies in your mindset and your personal mastery skills in being able to continually motivate yourself and overcome adversity. No one can take this away from you! With the right mindset and personals success strategies, you will be able to ride the sea of changes and take charge of the environment, instead of allowing the environment take charge of you! You have to begin to master your mind and design your own destiny (or someone will design it for you)

I really hope he does. Even though i only spent two days teaching him( if only he had approached me earlier). I did my best.

And that cute little pooh baby and mug ( okie, cuz they think i drink too much....water i meant, so need more mugs.....wahahaaha....forgotten my nick?)And here they are joining their brothers and sisters at a cute, cosy little corner of my room. TaDa...... 
Oppppssss......and after 6 months of grumbling, i finally(or almost) finished with my room. Threw like 10kg (manybe more ....ha...) of rubbishhhhh. Those who have seen the before state, will be amazed, or so i hope. Pictures soon.
I still think it's my fault.
If not for sending me back, he wouldn't have got into that accident, that left him with an unrepairable car.
At 2am that night (14 june, what a day?), Duckie was on his way home after sending me back....
And according to him, he was trying to avoid a motorcyclist when the car skidded 360 degree, hitting the road divider head on. Car crashed. He is traumatised since then.
The lucky thing is that, he had escaped uninjured ( which is an amazing thing isn't it? God blessed i guess)

And so i was awaken by a pleasant surprise this morning.
The gals, came to my place and started singing birthday song.
Mind you is at my door step.
They really look like some christmas carols, just that it's not yet christmas.
Okay, though i did sense something amiss. But i was kind of shocked when i saw them.
I mean, Vickz was suppose to catch the flight at 1.30pm when she was still at my doorstep singing song at 12.30pm with a luggage.
Besides, Eliz and Naomi were suppose to be at home preparing for their flight. Instead the whole gang went over to Ngang's place after their papers just to bake a birthday cookie cake for me. Yes. I am touched. Thanks gals for putting in so much efforts.
