I'm feeling much better after ranting about the monster-in-law. Bernard came to look for me yesterday, if you know me long enough you should know who Bernard is. I was really surprise when his called me in the wee hours last night around 4am. He told me he wanted to see me. We have stopped contacting each other 2 years back when though he had been asking me to go back to him then. And after learning that he's getting married early this year I’ve decided never to contact him again ( don't want to cause problem to ppl's marriage). And from what I know his wife had given birth to a baby boy Raphael earlier last month, i reckoned that he should be happily married with a great family. To my astonishment, he told me he's divorcing his wife soon!And since he wanted to meet me up, as a friend, i guess i should lend him my listening ear at this moment. He arrived after sometime, never said much but keeps saying that he is happy to see me and had been longing to see me all these while just that he didn’t have the courage. What surprises me more was that he wasn’t the in his marriage now, is his wife. Do you believe in retribution? Because I do. When we broke up 3 years ago, I told myself I wanted him to regret for the rest of his life. He is now. But it really doesnt matter to me now. I had forgiven him long ago. I just hope that everything will go well for him now and he will be able to live happily for the rest of his life. Forgiveness is the greatest thing we can give to someone, I guess. When we parted, he showed me this (which he had kept with him all these while)
I asked him to give it to me for memories,which he did.
